Italy’s Gastronomy Capital

If you’ve ever enjoyed Parmigiano Reggiano, tortellini, lasagna, Balsamic vinegar, or Prosciutto di Parma, you can thank many of the towns of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region — Bologna, Parma, Modena, Verona (and beyond). And I personally thanked them each day I was there. I was also stunned by the jaw-dropping architecture of Il Duomo di Milano — both from the ground and its roof.
